Weird lump in the nesting box

So I found this gross rubbery lump in the nesting box. It bled a little when I squished it. It's plausible that it could be a lash egg.

We don't have a roo, all of our birds seem healthy (including our 5 year old Australorps), and we've been feeding them fermented feed to cut down food waste.

@Eggcessive and @Wyorp Rock are pretty knowledgeable about lash eggs. Generally they ask for it to be cut in half and photographed.
