Weird lump in the nesting box

So I found this gross rubbery lump in the nesting box. It bled a little when I squished it. It's plausible that it could be a lash egg.

We don't have a roo, all of our birds seem healthy (including our 5 year old Australorps), and we've been feeding them fermented feed to cut down food waste.

Yes, it looks like lash egg material, not a real egg, but fleshy looking material that is produced by your hen’s oviduct. She has salpingitis, or inflammation of the oviduct. You may try an antibiotic such as amoxicillin or enrofloxacin which are available online from here and jedds.com.
