Weird Milky Poop

My 15 week old Easter egger has been consistently dropping this weird watery milky poop over the past few days and I don’t know if I should be worried. What does everyone think?

Did you figure out what was wrong with your chicken? Two of my girls have poops like this that won’t go away.

It went away after a few days. Still have no idea what it was. She’s healthy now.
