Weird noise from hen please help

My hen has been making a weird noise. It is with every breath she takes. Sounds like purring or like she needs to lay an egg.
She was fine yesterday. Today this. She hasnt laid yet today, she just got done with an empsom bath.
The other chickens want to try and peck her as well.
We are new chicken owners (April) so we dont know what she is doing or what to do. Please help.

Does she have any other symptoms?
Bubbles on eyes, nasal discharge would indicate respiratory...
Not eating or drinking...
Unsteady on her feet...
Odd odor from mouth...
