Perfectly normal. Not worm eggs, just little pellets of calcium. Try running the egg under warm water and see if they wash off easily in your hands.Thanks, I sure hope excess calcium is all they are, the odd thing is that they are all uniform spheres in size and shape. They appear like insect eggs because they are all so "perfect". Do calcium deposits come in tiny spheres like that? It would be a relief.
I've got the egg under water in a bleach solution just in case.
