Weird pimple like bump on back of chick (3 weeks old, approx)! Ingrown feathers?

I noticed a weird bump on the skin of one of my 3 week old chicks. It seems to be painful for her whenever I touch the bump...she struggles and chirps. It kind of looks like what ingrown hairs look like on humans. Is this normal and should I just leave it alone? It wouldn't get infected, right? Help!!!
