Weird pin feather by pullets eye

I have tried to post pictures. My one girl had had a pin like feather sticking out by her eye since she was young. I thought it went away once (maybe one of the others picked it out idk) but now it seems to look irritated. Anyone have an opinion or experience with this?

The one picture is of her other eye so you can see how different the one with the pin feather sticking out looks

My duck has one of those. Unless it looks like she is irritated by it, I would probably leave it be.
This is just my personal opinion. You should probably wait for a professional to post

it is hard to tell. It looks red but her skin is red in those areas in general it appears. Thank You for the reply
