Weird poop from the chickens I got today.it looks bloody

Today I picked up two new chickens that are 17 weeks old.they are right now in quarantine,but their poop looks a little weird like their is blood in it.is that normal for chickens who have been in a car for about 5-7 hours without food and water? Please help it’s my first time having chickens and I’m kinda freaking out.

Its most likely coccidiosis, especially at their age. To treat them use Corid.

I would first treat for coccidiosis with Corid 10 ml per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Also consider worming them with either Valbazen or SafeGuard. Post here for dosages.

Can they have coccidiosis even though they are fully vaccinated?
