Weird poop!

My chicken is haveing wired poop what would you say is wrong she a 1 year. Easter olive egger mix .

My hens get goopy poop sometimes after I've given them vegetables that my tortoise doesn't eat.
Green beans, peas, corn, carrots broccoli etc. If I give them nothing extra EVER their stool is picture perfect.

Well they do get one apple everyday for all 13 of them
