Weird red spots/lumps on hens wings

One of my hens has these very uncomfortable looking red spots/lumps on her wings in exactly the same place on either side. I haven't seen anything like this in any of the chickens I've had, and I've had many. I'm concerned, and wondering if you've seen something like this. Is there something I can do for this?

My guess is external parasites; fleas, mites, etc.

Could this still be the case if neither of the other two have any spots like this? I'll get some poultry dust if this is the case, is there a particular brand you'd recommend?

Do you have a rooster?

Looks like where a rooster is mounting her. Mounting or treading from a rooster can wear off the feathers like that on the top of the wings.
