I have gotten a few eggs like this, this one being the worst. I have looked up the common egg problems and see the possible causes but not how to correct it or how to determine which problem my chicken has. If it is copper deficiency, how do I add copper or decrease calcium? They eat only egg laying diet so they should be getting the nutrients they need right? Any help would be appreciated.

Some eggs like that with wrinkled shells can be from infectious bronchitis in the flock. Sometimes runny albumen can accompany that. If it only happens for a short time, I wouldn't worry about it, unless you are selling eggs. So many different problems can cause that. Have you looked up at the search box at the top of this page, and looked at "common egg quality problems?"

I did look up common problems and it gave several issues but not how to determine which it is or how to fix it. I only have 6 hens and they don't appear to be sick at all so I am stumped.

Anyone else know how I can tell what might be wrong, there are many common issues but not really solutions. I only have 6 hens and none appear sick and I am only getting about 1 of these corrugated eggs a week, all others are beautiful eggs. We haven't used antibiotics and no junk food.
