Weird skin growths on betta fish

My Betta sparkler has some weird lumps of growth. A big one on her gill and a smaller one on her back. They are solid white and bleed when irritated. How can I treat this. (Note: she does NOT live in this bowl this is just a hospital/quarantine bowl.)

Looks like fungus.

Should I treat the whole tank or just her in the quarantine tank.

Should I treat the whole tank or just her in the quarantine tank.

I'd do both because with fungus prevention is better than curing. But follow the directions carefully eg remove the filter for the period specified.
