Weird soft shell egg hanging out of vent????

This evening when I got home my Gabby girl had this bazar looking egg with no shell hanging out of her cloaca. I believe there was another piece to it I wasn't able to see before she ate it (ugh). It looks as though there is a pool of yolk on the floor of the coop. Is it a shell less egg? Should I be worried? I believe they have a good diet, should I supplement more calcium? The other girls don't seem to have a problem. I have noticed her eggs have always had a very thick shell, if that makes a difference (she is a barred rock) Help! I don't want my girl to be sick.
