weird sounds coming from ducks belly area

Never heard this sound before but it almost sounds like this crunching sound coming from the belly area right by the leg. I put my hand down to feel and it was the creepiest feeling like something was moving in there. Is it digestion or could it be a parasite or something? Its so loud and you can hear it clearly if we are being quiet.

My ducks' tummies make that noise when they eat something like a hickory nut. It is the sound of "chewing."

There may be other reasons, but that is what I have heard with our ducks.
