Weird substance passed

I have 6 hens and yesterday one hen did not come home with the rest to the coop, today she was very inactive and passed this liquid filled balloon with a yellow beside it and she seems to be fine. What just happened is she okay thanks Countryhen

That's what I was thinking too. I've had one, even though I provide Oyster. Sometimes they just come out too early! As long as she is acting okay, she's probably fine, but just watch her for a day or two.
