Found this in an egg today. It was in the fridge maybe a couple weeks old… what in the world is it? I’m completely grossed out

It's just a meat spot. A bit of tissue from the oviduct that got caught up in the machinery. It's not going to hurt you if you eat them. Just scramble them up and look the other way.
