The seeds could be from inside berries, so you would not necessarily see the seeds themselves....which might explain why they are not being broken down. Berries might cause the weird coloured poop too. I don't usually worry about what they eat when they range.... they usually have a better idea than me about what is toxic. It may be a good thing that she is eating these seeds or berries.... many animals have an instinctive knowledge of what they need to self medicate.
