Weird trill noise while drinking water?

I'm not sure what this is, I know chickens trill when they're happy/threatened, but my 10 month CQ pullet just started doing this out of the blue while drinking water. What is this?

Sorry, it's really hard to hear, but you can hear this low rumbly/trilly noise.
