Weird ? - what would make a package of sausage blow up?

Celery is only an edible food if you pull the strings off.
Then it still requires some peanut butter.

As a young boy in Kentucky, my aunt always made me some
bear gravy. Being young....I really thought it was bear gravy.
I'm not so young these days. I think she was probably fibbing
to me.

I went shopping today and did NOT buy any Jimmy Dean sausage. I mean, I probably wouldn't have bought any, in the first place, but I actually saw the stuff that looks exactly like the photo of Gritty's suspicious sausage. Definitely never buying any.

I've eaten suspicious foods in the past and probably will again. But not any Jimmy Dean sausage.

The photo of the 'about to explode sausage packaging' says it all. Just saying...and still trying to get my head around expanding packaging IN THE FREEZER...dang, that's $5 gone to waste...

??? Raccoon & Squirrel are about equally bad. Although I'll take both over Okra. Sorry MFB I've amended the menu, but just a little. And just in case I'm not fond of the Raccoon & Squirrel maybe a ribeye in the fridge.

I can't get past the slime.

It scares me. I'll eat MFB's celery. I do like celery.
