Weird ? - what would make a package of sausage blow up?

If Gritty is feeling up to it I'll mail out some fudge this Christmas. Anyone prefer peanut brittle instead?

We used the $8 coupon that Sara Lee sent me as replacement for the sausage at the grocery store tonight. The expanding sausage only cost me $3.59. Please tell me that rolls of sausage don't go for $8 elsewhere in the country???

Well now you should have enough sausage to be able to feed all of us. I want fudge with walnuts.

And I need some cleaning help around here. I just want someone to clean the stuff I don't have energy to clean. Like the base boards. I called one of those work wanted ads, and I was told that they could clean the bathroom, but that they couldn't clean the baseboards. Well darn I can clean a toilet. I just need the baseboards washed. I solved the problem. I am replacing the baseboards.

Oh and I don't care how the dishes get clean, as long as they are clean dry and put away.

Yeah, when the outlaws visit they want to help so they wash the dishes. They are not even up to my standards (All loose particles of food removed. Stains negotiable but make an effort. Some cooked on stuff on pots and pans can be considered seasoning.)

I'd rather wash dishes myself anyway. It helps keep my fingernails clean.

So do you think it's weird that I wash my dishes before I put them in the dishwater? I mean how can they get clean if the dishwasher is dirty from the start because plates and utensils are added without being rinsed off first?

I come by my obsessions honest. My mom was a military wife. As kids if ONE item got out of place in our dresser drawers, we would find the contents of ALL the drawers dumped on our beds. If one dish was not squeaky clean, we had to redo all of them.
