weird ?

LOL, maybe it's just me but my hubby is a cuddle bug also and he gets the bed ready for us LOL, maybe it's just the preggo scent !!!! which would you like me to send over the hubby or the rooster ???? LOL

The rooster please, I don't need another hubby! I don't need another rooster either, but at least they sleep out in there own house. Hmmm, maybe I'll make a roost out there for my hubby.
 
LOL, there yah go put the hubby out in the coop and bring the chickens inside !!! I would send my little guy for yah but i don't think my hen would be very happy about that

My silkies don't roost either. I think it has to do with the height of the roosts and the silkies feathers (they really don't fly as well as the other chickens)

I have one silkie who was raised with my first batch of layers. She was SO MAD when they all got big enough to roost. She can't get up there! She'd try to fly up but would just bounce off the wall and land back on the floor. So now she's relegated to sleeping on the floor with the younger chicks and the other silkies. She's having an identity crisis!!
 
Awww cute, you should make her a little ladder so she can get up there and be a "big chicken"
