It sure is. While up there she had to enforce the pecking order and kept reaching down to peck the one on my shoulder, without falling off my head.

They really intended to sleep there. Check out how dark it got in this photo.

They are so flipping funny... little feathered dinosaurs. We're so love our girls, and hope more of our neighbors start flocks. So much fun.

Not roosting, necessarily, but this little one would cry all night long until someone held her because the bigger birds wouldn't let her snuggle. LOTS of sleepless nights.

She also cries every time the other girls walk off without her.

Pecan thought that roosting in the coop was boring and decided to try sleeping on our farming equipment.She's over the hill at 12-14 years so she really should have known better!
