That would be scary! I kind of like snakes, though. I figure I look like a huge giant to a snake, and they are probably really scared of me too. Especially since I have big feet that could step on them. Bet that's why the snake left. You scared the snot out of it!

When I was about your age I wondered down to the creek at my grandparents house. I ran into a rattlesnake and was so scared I ran through barbed wire and tore my legs up. I still have the scars.

I've been trying to figure out what kind of snake it was. This kind lives in India, so it must have been something that looked like it.



Could it possibly have been one of these? The stripes might have been more yellow.
