Here's where Phoebe had been laying her eggs. I took this pic on 4/26, only 4 eggs. Malibu added one on the 27th. I haven't looked since, so I'm not sure how many are there now, but Phoebe didn't get off of them this evening when the rest of the group went in for the night.

Poor girl.. keep any eye on for fever. Not knowing how long it had been since she miscarried it there is a slight risk of infection.
Like with anything else it may be a case of "just happens" .... or it could have been infection in mom, mineral deficiencies.... But I'd watch her with the idea that it's a just happend thing.I haven't had a dead one before...

Spring has sprung and it's a busy time on the farm. I have been reading, keeping up, just don't have a lot of time to post.

Other option is a vet. I don't have the funds for one myself which is why my suggestions.
