He is so much fun . He got his daddy's blue eyes. I texted Ravyn last Wednesday .Was in TSC and found a Brinsea mini advance II on the clearance aisle , Marked down 50% now what do I need with a seven egg incubator Well I got one . And of course I was thinking what would WV do .So I did that I can be talked into parting with it . It's still in back seat of my truck .Must be eighty chicks in the incubator I need to go take out before bed time . Been doctoring goats for six days . Still not done either .When I get finished with the little ones, and still have the three big ones to do. I won't tell you what I made the little working shute out of. This dog... in the doghouse literally and figuratively. Got about 3 miles out and took a trail that loops back around...ran another mile...hmmm haven't seen Zoom in a while. I called and called - thought he might be ahead so ran a bit farther... no dog. Turned around, ran back.. no dog prints in any soft dirt. Went back the way I came and started seeing dog prints heading back to the car. Just as I started up the last hill this thing comes barreling down towards me. In 7+ years of running with him, he's never pulled anything like this.

Can you break that exercise down at first? Do three 10-minute sessions a day?

I will. and I have fitbit to prove it.... It records every step I make every day.... ten thousand steps is considered a mile. BTW.

But I cant commit to the Ketogenic diet till after I am done with radiation...
