The United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service confirmed three additional cases of virulent Newcastle disease in backyard birds in San Bernardino County, California.

Can you imagine how horrible this would be? They would swoop down and kill every bird!? I understand why, but it would still be awful!

FMF, congrats on the hatch! I have two turkeys that hatched days early. They were peeping like crazy earlier, but now pretty quiet. One got shrink wrapped because i had not locked down or bumped up the humidity since i had other eggs in there. And it was already at 40%. But i helped it and washed the gooey feathers and it is drying now.
Hubby only got 2 hours sleep, idk why unless the cats were making too much noise or possibly the peeps. I did have my door closed but my room is right over his. Have a good day everyone!
