I went pee right before the movie, and still almost exploded! Made it one hour before having to get up to make a pee break.

We were watching AQUAMAN!! Constant water, water noises, rushing water.... good grief!!! This is why I like watching movies at home... the pause button!

I believe that, Anyone who can misplace light switches could lose their pants pretty easily.

Fairly uneventful New Year's Eve here and plenty of daughter drama today (pretty sure we all didn't get enough sleep)...
@Alaskan - just experienced the same type of theater - when did they get recliners with heat? ?? Tells you how long it's been since I've been to see a movie! We saw Poppins. I loved it. The man two chairs down was snoring.

Well, I've stalled long enough, and it's time for me to go undecorate the tree. I can leave the rest of the decorations up until next week as we're having one more party this weekend, then they have to go, too. The only reason the tree is going is because it's starting to seriously drop needles and they're pokey. Tree will go out on the deck for the rest of the winter so the birds can enjoy it.

Our tree came down a couple days after Christmas - we used it to help start a burn pile. We've done so much land clearing and burning, but it still looks like we've barely made a dent. E goes back to work tomorrow, so we will be weekend yard-warriors again.

man snoring probably was my brother. He is legally blind in one eye, so keeps it closed during a movie. I can't see around him to the other eye but assume he is sleeping. All of that grief due to a retinalogist who botched up surgery

You are lucky Orr People, our theaters don't have heated seats, wish they did. Some do recline and have trays in front (attached). You can order concession items from your chair, if you don't mind paying a fortune for ordinary stuff.

Are hotels supposed to make your bed and give you fresh towels?

I thought so... but it has been a while.

No working elevators, a bunch of furniture in the hall, spackled spots on the walls, not a single hook or coat hanger..

Glad the rooms don't cost much.... and are quiet.

I wouldnt be using a black light on the sheets.... or any where else in the room as I understand it....
