Colonoscopy went well; 'least that's what I was told. They were to take biopsies of anything abnormal they found, but I'm not high enough on the political or economic ladder to be made aware of anything for probably a week or more (No, I don't either have a warped, cynical outlook).
Oh, I do deep breathing far more often than that.Dang all about the leg!!!
Do force yourself to take a DEEP full inhale at least once an hour.
