I've never been a huge fan of albino anything (the eyes are too hard to read) but that baby is THE CUTEST!!! :loveThe giant nose is to die for! Looks like she's got a baby Ewok under there. :wee

saw it too (the article). really cool! Hope they didn't give out too much info, but afraid they did, so some fool from Chicago or Milw. sneaks up to shoot it. Wish they hadn't given the guy's full name. With that kind of acreage he's surely in the plat books.
Northern MI's a big place

MORNING PONDERS!!! We're still here! :frow
I watched the radar last night as the storm line split in two like Moses parting the Red Sea and we never even got a drop of rain!!!! Not so fortunate for others, sadly but I haven't heard yet of any major damage and because of the split, I think, the winds weren't nearly as strong as predicted. Bad news is DH is outside dragging out the hoses because now we have to water! :th
I'm glad you didn't blow away last night! It's weird how we go from too much water to dragging out the hose.

Just in case your mind needs a little help finding it's way home :lau

No joke. This thing was recently installed in Seattle at a roundabout to help "alleviate" confusion. Yep, bet that works.
I would crash just looking at that thing trying to figure it out!
Congrats! :highfive:

Hope things are better for for you today Bobbi! :hugs
Thanks, Lisa. I'm in a much better frame of mind today. Went to Camp early this morning with my sis-in-law and a good friend of mine and we turned 40 lbs. of burger into meatballs. I am currently trying to figure out how the 25 lb. bag of flour I ordered from Sam's Club with MY name and address on it ended up being delivered to Las Vegas. "S. Martinez" signed for it and everything. The initials for Nevada aren't even close to those for Minnesota! Oh well. The nice person I was just chatting with from Sam's Club is replacing the lost bag of flour.
I think I shared before that we belong to a volunteer group Snapshot Wisconsin where we place and monitor cameras from the DNR thru a project supervised by the University of WI. Their goal is to have cameras in blocks of land in every county in the state (not there yet). Anyway, look what one camera caught last fall.
Isn't he a piebald beauty? I'd love to see his genetics in our herd!

He's pretty. I love those socks!

Good Afternoon, Pond!
Now that I have my flour reordered and on the way, I need to go get some stuff done. On today's agenda is de-winterizing my camper. I have not attempted this myself, but I'm pretty sure I can handle it. DH has always "just done it" so why would I need to know, right? Well, here I go!

I hope you all have a splendid rest of the day!

Well. . here is what I've done for most of the day. I think I am done with it, but any time I craft anything I never like it right away when it's finished.
I have to walk away a while and come back.
Honest opinions please!!:old
It's perfect!

Wow, that is beautiful!

Bobbi I have the same issue with mail carriers on my route they cannot read. they mess up my mail with neighbors on the next cul de sac over for decades our last names and road names are nothing alike, just house numbers are alike. In fact I've lived in the same house for over 40 years and have had 6 addresses nothing has changed same driveway, house. front door and property has never been subdivided got 2 more houses near by but neither effected rt. but the county and the post office keep changing it... Funny we have not had a rural route number for 30 years when my mom's brother's live in lover insisted we had one and messed up our mail by telling the family our "new" address they the uncle and girlfriend gave us and submitted it to the post office which was a nightmare to change back.

when we moved here we mailed a notice we moved card to my dad's uncle and the mail carrier thought it was a change of address form (different form) and we started getting his mail my dad stopped the letter carrier 3 or 4 days later with the other persons mail and asked the mail carrier what the deal was he said you filed a change of address form my dad asked if he still had it, he did on his dash and asked him to re read it he admitted that he miss read it and had no explanation why he mos read the form and didn't recognize it wasn't a form h had to read other than to send it off...
