Thought i would also share a picture my son took of me... I have been so camera shy over the years I have no recent pcitures of me. I wore that shirt when I was almost four hundred pounds. Now it could be a short dress.

Beautiful bird. I'd love to have one, but DW would freak with the mess they make, and at this stage of my life it would probably outlive both of us. Had canaries & parakeets growing up; no house birds since.

I like all birds... canaries and parakeets too.

Some canaries have the coolest songs.

But yes, they are all very messy!
