It was a bad back day though. had to Essplain. Though when I had to lay back on the table ON my back I slipped and thumped back and I could feel every vertebra in that region pop and snap. Then there was more pain and the panic attack. and the screaming... :oops:

Any hoo it went away very fast Yay and for the past two days I have been feeling almost normal. So we will see. Monday I make appointments for the Xrays and the MRI and they threw in a Mammogram that I usually finagle a way out.


Oh and its now official I have lost 153 pounds only about 75 to go.... :yesss:

Oh and for those who dont know I had Sleeve Gastrectomy surgery on June 11th of last year.

Wow, congratulations on all the lost weight, Deb. You lose very much more and we'll have to file a missing persons report.

No news here, which is good news for us. Just settling into fall.

@perchie.girl Great news!!! keep us posted on all the tests and stuff. How are you doing with the smoke? Is it getting heavy where you are? How about at the house?
Didn't see any updates on our Oregon end of the pond. See they caught the creep that set those fires. :mad:
Well, time to go do morning chores then it's off to town for the pup's check-up. The new routine is a bit bazaar. Have to pull in the lot, call them to let them know you're out there and then they come out and get you when it's your turn to go directly into the room. I really dislike this whole new normal thing.

At our vet you call, tell them you’re there, they come and get your pet while you wait in your car.
