Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Good morning pond. I've been MIA for a little bit. I've been sick for a few weeks. It started off as that nasty head cold, sore throat, bronchitis type thing that's going around and turned into walking pneumonia. I'm down to one more day of antibiotics now and feeling much better, just in time for a root canal this morning lol. My lips and half my face are still extremely numb but I'm getting some feeling back in my jaw and it's getting sore. I popped a couple ibuprofen so hopefully that'll help soon. Hope everyone here is doing well!
Sounds like you’ve been through the mill! Glad you’re feeling better and have the root canal over and done with. (I have told my dentist that if I ever need one, he’s just going to have to knock me in the head to do it.)

Lol thanks. It really wasn't that bad. I had some trouble getting numb because of an infection in the tooth but he numbed the nerve directly and then all was good. This was my second one and really, it's not bad at all. You don't feel anything at all once you're numb :) the really weird thing is when you go in to get set up for the crown and they drill and shape without numbing... you expect pain, but there's no nerve there anymore so there is none.

Still only in the 40's the next couple of days. Lilly pad will be getting wet tomorrow and a couple of other days this week. Wait, wet. Lilly pad is already wet. Underneath. Thank goodness my real house is dry. We are suffering floods here in Utah from spring runoff. We got our prayers answered big time for moisture this past winter. The mountains are full! Sandbagging happening in a lot of areas. Sink holes, families having to evacuate. Thankfully I'm in a safe area.

Glad you are safe!

It’s snowing here. The ground is turning white.
