He is definitely looker!

But his genetics have me guessing!

So I have acquired his counterparts. They were an Ag project for a kid's school (hatching) and he took some home. The one I got was at his grandma's but I'd been told I could have the rest just had to find a time and day to get em. So now I have a black trio that looks exactly like him, feathered feet, muff and single comb. There is also a white female, clean slate legs, muff and Pea combed. I think you might be onto something with the Marans/ Ameraucana cross.

Wow Ponder's Sun is here on my lily pad.
I did have a Marans x EE looked just like him. I hatched him here thought it was a hen the longest time.

I have gotten sick!

Luckily, I am the only one.

I went back to bed this morning.

I missed the "get the tree all together" festivities.

I am now upright... I shall see if this broth helps me.

Oh, no! This is not the best timing! that the broth has helped. I am declaring myself recovered from influenza A, but now DH has a stuffy head and isn’t “feeling great”. I’m hoping it doesn’t get any worse than that. Whatever “it” may be.

They really are! I've actually been looking for a hen or two to put with my big EE roo, I've had his line since about 2018 or so and now I can't decide if I wanna give him a black hen or the white one, cause I can't decide if I wanna pair the white one with that splash roo I got. Decisions decisions
