It could be. I think bottom line is that the birds aren't being properly cared for (diet? dirty/crowded living quarters?) otherwise the smell wouldn't be an issue.

I avoid hitting 'New Posts' and such for periods of time... did it last night and flagged a guy for spamming every thread possible with their hawking of their new American Poultry Auction site... then they hit a bunch of my subscribed threads... funny, those are all gone now, lol...

He hit me twice in PM as well.

You all see the new member thread where a person wanted to try to make their neighbor get rid of all their poultry, including the ones they own legally? They have an illegal rooster that has to go and there are some problems that need to be fixed but reading the poll options they set up was making my eye twitch. They wanted to know whether they should sic the city on their neighbor, have a chicken feast indicating that they intended to eat all their neighbor's chickens, ask their neighbor to get rid of all their poultry, or ask the neighbor to fix the things but then come to the conclusion that chickens still make noise and so still not have the resolution they want.

I know @CTKen saw it because he popped in and backed me up. Thanks for that!

We have a suit in Michigan where a homeowner with 16 acres has 30 chickens and the neighbor is suing for a nuisance and siccing MDARD on them (state regulatory agency).

How many did you buy?
