I have 2 dogs and 2 cats..... But seven is the only one that sleeps with us.

I wonder if you could do an air quality test In your house and surrounding area? And if that would give you an ideal of what in the air your most allergic  to. Might be a simple air scrubber in your house would help your breathing. Just throwing that out there

I have 2 hepa filters running.
I just found out about my allergies recently but I'm not getting rid of my dogs. One of my cats is 18 so I found she'll be around long..... The other is over 10.
