Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

'Rummy' indeed. :lau

So, the plans were that today the Princess and I would go to the Jersey Shore. In NJ you don't go to the beach or to the ocean - you go to the 'shore'.

Up early, I fed and walked the dogs and then went to take care of the beagles. Yesterday in addressing the 'flea situation' I sprayed all of the dogs and their sleeping boxes. I also scattered Sevin around the kennels and kennel area. As I walked through the kennel area I happened to look down to my feet. My legs, up to my knees, were black with fleas. I've never seen anything like it. Canceled shore plans and went to TSC where I bought a big jug of flea spray. Came home and attacked the infestation. Stuff worked - at least for now. Checked the dogs, and they are clean. I guess the sevin chased them out from wherever they have been hiding. I am on the attack, and shall win this battle.

For sure I will be bathing daughter's dogs before I take them home. Lord forbid that I should infest her little darlings.

Thought I'd post a pic of our humble cluttered abode. My 13 yr old daughter took the pic with a fisheye lens that attaches to my cell phone so as a whole it's hard to make out details but if you zoom in you can see stuff a bit. If it doesn't blur. My phone doesn't take the best pics. It's take from the front looking toward the back.

I feel for you Sour...Don't pay CT no mind... Unless it gets really out of hand with the pugs then the idea might be a good option. ;) All kidding aside, you're doing a grand thing for DD. :)

I already have suggested that I could cure all of her 'pug problems' with a one way visit to the veterinarian. That was not well received.

So far they are being relatively good. As long as one is crated and the other loose they are less territorial.

All is well then. At least gravity shouldn't get the better of you at the moment, since it's not icy ;)
