Howdy Pond Peeps how is everyone doing?? Just stopping by to say hello, I know you are all so lost without me this past few weeks have been hell..quick rundown.. I took my "mom" to the beach and that turned out to be a disater not worth mentioning, once I got home I broke my arm chasing Ava, my grandfather passed away and took a piece of me with him, I got sun poisoning and sun burn probably worse than I ever have ( this was after the trip to the beach) I'm finally on the mend and tripped over something this morning and broke 2 toes. I'm going to need more bubble wrap ASAP.. oh and I have homicidal ducks it turns out..

Definitely more bubble wrap needed stat!! Nice to "see" you, though. Sorry for the loss of your grandfather.

Well I get upset with mine and it don't do no good . Last night spaghetti and fried squash , I plowed till dark and then cooked . That was after welding all afternoon so I could plow .Tonight meatloaf mashed taters and gravy and you guessed It squash from the garden . And guess who is the cook . I finished plowing this morning just got back from getting feed and filling the gas cans . Got caught it a down pour right after I loaded the feed . Good thing I had a tarp.

this rain is torture!!! it poured here all night and my horses entire corral is flooded and we lost a giant tree somewhere (i heard it fall but cant find it yet)

Mocha finished her hatch with 7 of 8, last one was a late quitter. I assisted #7, but gave the chick back to her. Hope its ok in the morning
2 lav orps have already hatched, early. Pips in 7 more at the moment, 5 still waiting.

Good Morning. Pond Dwellers!
I can't believe it's already/finally the last day of Camp! I get to go home tonight and start getting ready for our next adventure. DH and I will be leaving to drive up to Alaska next week for an undetermined amount of time. All I know right now is, we plan on being back in time for me to go back to work in the falll. We have someone living in our house and taking care of the critters while we're gone.

On another note, youngest DS and family are coming tonight and probably staying until we leave, so I get to see my 6-month old grandson!
