How yer gonna cook the winkles/ fish?

winkles will be tossed in white wine/butter/garlic er something along those lines
havent decided if i am grilling the fish or oven roasting
maybe a buttermilk dill topping or a tzatziki topping

All sounds good. I like to pan fry such fresh fish in butter - better control over the cooking (wine consumption- dependent)

I kinda got that feeling when you have quit smoking and you are wanting a smoke. Should I or shouldn't I. Never intended to quit drinking beer just never bought that next 12 pk.
