Any advise on how to keep my babies safe when I have them outside. They are house Pekins and at least once a day we go hang out at the creek and pond but we seam to have a stalker in the form of what we believe to be a great horned owl... I have noticed it the last three days I wasn't sure what type of bird it was but I'm being told it's an owl witch seams odd to me iv see it as early as 2pm stalking our trees screeching as it flies to the tree getting closer to us....

is it your property?? you could hang streamers or CDs to deter them, just make sure you are there to supervise and make sure there are good places for them to hide under things

Glad you said that. I think that my second marriage to my wife now is going to work out just fine. We've been together over 3 years now and neither of us likes yelling. And we both will do anything for each other. Congrats on being together that long. My mom and stepdad will be married for 39 years in a few more days

My parents would be married 62 years if he was still alive!

Yes it's my property I stay close to them when we're out actually who am I kidding I step away from them and the come running to me lol I figure it's safer to stay as far from the trees as possible so I can see whatever it is coming

My garden looks very unkempt - no shrubs are ever pruned - the more cover for my flock, the better
