Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

We do have Jewish blood, but we fallow both old and new testament.
My parents follow the feasts, read and speak Hebrew, not fluently, and we join them for feasts and occasionally for Torah study.
This year we will be joining in feasts of Tabernacles. We will be incorporating a time of Thanksgiving for my brother. So it's extra special.
I had a feeling about it, after you mentioned fins and scales.

'Gills are some of the best eating out there, but you pretty much have to filet them (which wastes a lot of meat) ot the bones will drive you nuts

Here, if one airbag goes, it's totaled

I'm gonna have to be on a mission to catch & eat some blue gills then.

Amusing customer name today: Shed Happens in Portland, Maine.
Get it? Shed Happens. ;)
Aw shed! Almost time to give my problem child another write up instead of the boot. :(

I'm the same way! I clean house to get it clean... There's no way to clean to keep it clean!:lau
Besides, I'd rather be in the barn!;)
I went to school with two very attractive, very popular girls who had half the guys in school tripping over their tongues. Between the girls, their little brother, and the endless parade of wannabe boyfriends, there was a lot of traffic on the living room carpet...the white plush living room carpet!

I'll keep my rock floors thank you very much!:lau

Pretty! Glad she's doing well. What breed?

I have a Lexi too! My grey girl.
Mine chase each other all around, and I've noticed a few that have favorite buddies, but they all seem to pick on each other equally. Initially a couple of the boys were really mean to one boy in particular, but he finally stood up for himself and pushes back.

 :hugs

I was right, a pretty little splash :clap

Spent my life at the barn... from the age of about thirteen.... the boarding stable was within walking distance. Kept me out of trouble.... but I guess what my mother didn't know didn't hurt her.

My first car was a stick at sixteen years old I paid for half... Four hundred for a Corvair Spider.... Dad was influential in the choice.... LOL.

That was in 1970... He taught me how to change a tire, change a serpentine fan belt, and change the oil. Also how to drive a stick on a transmission that had almost a one foot Throw....

He taught me how to slide into a turn and recover... and how to push start, and jump start... and how to move the car using only the starter motor.

I learned how to throw it sideways to stop too... He didnt teach me that one.... saved my life

when I was seventeen my grandma declaired that Ralph Nader deemed the Corvair was dangerous. She and grandpa bought me a brand new Pinto... Wish I had kept the Corvair.

That Corvair Spider was a sweet car; my buddy (eventual best man) had one we used to double date in all the time.
