Mrs. Oz's rate of lay has become sporadic as of late if you catch my meaning. She's been a tad edgy today which is really unlike her. Think I'll let her sleep a bit longer then tuck her in.

Lost a Legbar to something like that, had really bloody eggs off and on for a while before she started to decline. I didn't necropsy, but my guess was some sort of a reproductive cancer.

You should ask her what she prefers if it happens again. DH knows how hard it is for me to get a good sleep, so if I happen to fall asleep on the couch, he knows not to touch me.

EE babies!

How cool is that OZ!

14 EE and 8 of my own white Silkies. This was the first, an EE that zipped out and left the egg completely intact. They're from a lady the next town over who has a strain of blue EEs, some with feathered legs.

They oughta be real pretty.
