I found a mouse nest and fed them the babies a couple months ago. Kinda vicious but figured it was good protein for them.

I am down to one girl. She is one of my older ones and is bossy enough to keep the young roos in line. We hatched her when the kids still enjoyed naming the chickens. Her name is "Pizza Steve".

Banty I just looked at the "ingredients" on that Silver Sulfadiazine Cream 1% 50 grams...  exactly the same makeup as the stuff we use on humans in the hospital when we can't initially identify the bacteria type and are waiting for cultures on wound care. Except human pharmacy charges $50-$100 depending on where you get it. Only $25 on the twin city poultry site. you didnt hear this from me but if you have health insurance and a good dr, you might be able to call and tell them that you burned your hand on the oven rack baking and one of your nurse friends suggested you call and get a script for this.... if you have prescription coverage!!!... might be a way to get it quicker and cheaper!!! ;)

That's how I got mine and I think my co-pay was $10

Yeah, but Padu only eats men... :gig

My copay went up on scripts but we have blue cross now and are saving $500 a month between medical and dental now that Bill has it through his company! So much for giving nurses good affordable insurance!!!
