I didnt check the pull list but I got baytril-soluble and pill, sulfa, Silver Sulfadiazine Cream 1%, MegabacS 25g & amoxycillin100..... I know-probably overkill but when I look at what I spend on each of my seramas, I can't afford to have something bad happen and not be ready! My breeder and I had a rude awakening the other day. We were going to buy a pair of white seramas-it was verified that they were originally purchased from a reputable breeder but the guy was selling out all his birds. i ended up offending him with my offer and my breeder didnt hear back from him until after he has told me the birds were already sold for over a week. I told her it was up to her if she still wanted me to split the cost on them but I had a weird feeling that the guy was shady. She asked for updated pics and guess what??? FOWLPOX_BAD!!! He was going to take her money and ship sick birds! We get birds from all over the country but even with quarantine, you just never know....... Scared me enough to stock up!!! Any other suggestions Kathy as to something I should pick up??? I also got the finzole you suggested-she is pooping good and crop feels much better after 5 days of baytril and the finzole

I need to but mom the one that orders all of it. Thankfully our vet will prescribe stuff for us since he knows we aren't like many folks around here. And if push comes to shove I can pester the poultry science at MSU.

I love my mucks. I have the coldest rated ones they make. Best boots ever. Slightly. Came from work :/ I had one that was good for 3 years before the battery crapped out. This one didn't last a summer :/ this one throws 10,000volts when the battery isn't dead. Its enough to momentarily paralyze a human when it hits

I think you got the drugs pretty well covered! If it can't be fixed with some combo of Baytril, metronidazole, amoxicillin, it's probably time to see a vet and have a culture done.

I am dead serious!!! We are desperate for good white birds here and the breeder he got them from is one of the top 5 in the nation. He said he got them from him a couple months ago and verified purchase price. He got cold with me when I asked him about weight and fertility. When my breeder asked for pics, he sent them and she asked "Is that fowl pox" and he said he took them back from his friend because he didn't pay him and they weren't in good condition... so she asked him again "is that fowl pox"????? and after an hour to reply he said "Maybe-I'm not sure-my friend didnt take good care of them though"!!!!!
