That means they are awesome and low maintenance...huh?

Yep. We just give them enough hay and feed to keep them coming home (and of course extra for the pregnant or nursing does.) other than that they are completely self sufficient.

yep! I thought either his legs gonna break or they are going to come loose. The shorter one came loose a whole lot easier than the longer one. He was not thrilled when I was done. Definitely acted a little sore.

Mine wasn't thrilled either... then he chipped the underspur... :/

I am having a "you will stand there...or clean the kitchen...or get spanked" verses "can I leave now" and "you hate me"

This kid is pretty stubbord...might take me two hours to get the kitcgen cleaned.


What blows my mind.....is you would think the kids would learn....I NEVER back down or cave.

Up here we need to give copper twice a year, selenium every month, and D in the winter as well as loose minerals.

The only thing we've given so far is a mineral block and they've been just fine so far. It's green all year back there.
