Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

The kits are a week old today.

One of Granny's kits, they're all about this size.

One of Angelica's kits, the biggest one. It's not as big as Granny's are, Angelica is mostly Flemish, Granny is pure New Zealand. They were bred to the same buck.

And of course I couldn't not get a pic of all of them.

Very cute! Question... are the calico colored ones female?

Remember that pic I posted a few hours ago? Now the sky is gray, the air is full of dust and the wind is blowing 30-50 miles an hour.

Yes, it's springtime in New Mexico, the season where mother nature periodically tries to relocate a bunch of dirt from Arizona and deposit it in Texas.

Hang on to your @$$!!

Just hope it's nothing like we had the other day...

Shouldn't be too bad, at least I didn't forget to flip over the lawn chairs so they don't go flying into the garden.

Got the last of the weeds out and 3 post holes dug before it started, then ran over to the bank so all in all, it's been a good day. We're supposed to get a band of rain, so I should probably pull the car out so it gets rinsed off.

Only thing left is to figure out what to cook for dinner. (For me, the hardest part of the day.)
