The foxes were breeding in our back yard! I was walking along one day and there was a fox kit, sitting on a stump in broad daylight! I think they are pretty, but not in my yard, eating my chickens! I started packing my gun at all times.

We've been trying to catch some foxes here. In town mind you. There were three but we caught one and one got ran over. They were getting up on the roof of our neighbors shed and overlooking our yard! Got one left to kill. I hate to kill them But it's just a matter of time before they're after my birds I just know it!

Ugh!!! Anyone else creeped out by camel/cave crickets??? I just had one on my leg and I think he's halfway to the moon now, lol...

OMG YES! The very first house I lived in after high school was infested with them! I had never even seen one before prior to that and they were everywhere.

I was spending a lot of time thinking how to peel the bark off these wood slabs. Then a couple days later it hit me! Goats love bark, especially cedar. I just NEED goats. Time to move the work schedule up.
