Mine used to buy everything... chicks, ducklings, hens, roosters, etc.

I do know for sure there are no adult birds sold at my feed store. Shame, that would be a good way to sell those extra birds I don't exactly want to eat myself. I'm still a sentimental old wuss that gets attached to some of these birds.

Really? Feed stores down there buy local? I don't think they do that here, I could be wrong though. That would be a good way to get rid of extra chicks.

It's a small family feed store..... That specializes in local.... They also sell meat and vegetables.... etc. They take my eggs too.... Sell them at the farmers market. They get a lot of stuff from people like me who are just hobby Farmers. A front of mine recently sold 30 Muscovy ducklings through them.
