What's yer fave way of cooking goat?

Depends, chops are definitely best on the grill, most of the rest of it too for that matter.lol roasts I smother with onion and garlic, rosemary...All the good stuff. Roast it low n slow!

What area of Miami? I grew up just south of there in homestead. Haven't been back since I was 17 tho, alot has changed there!
