Pretty rare, this color is extremely rare.

So happy I have them.

I am bummed... I have a friend, a dead one, I make a memorial food for him every year on the aniversery of his death (Orthodox thing ).

Anyway, the Koliva is supposed to be made with wheat berries. .. the health food store that carried them closed down. Last year I had to get, I forget what, it wasn't wheat berries, but it looked and tasted about the same...so I got to use the traditional recipe. Which is nice, and all kinds of symbolic. Almonds for the sweet (person in heaven) and the bitterness of loosing some one you care about...etc. lots of other stuff...top is fancy decorated. .. blah, blah

Anyway, could find NOTHING this time.... so I have to use rice!!! Just looked up the rice recipe! It is lame!! It is just rice, sugar, and raisins. Lame.

Probably tastes nasty and bland too
..

Probably takes like 10 minutes to make too...just lame.
