Hi pond peeps! I think I'm finally caught up. I had a great time visiting my friends in Oklahoma. They have a nice in ground pool so we mostly just relaxed drank margaritas and talked. We did go out to eat a few times went to a hibachi grill and had some scallops. Yum!
All was good until Sat night I got a call from my daughter crying hysterically. She is ok but she had gotten into a fight with her boyfriend and decided to take off to go to an ex boyfriends house over 5 hours from home. Has been lying to me about where she is for two weeks. Left Sat morning to come home and wrecked her car

I am so thankful to God that she's ok. But if she ever gets home I think I might have to choke her! She's 18 but she's only had her drivers for maybe a month. I just sold her that car for next to nothing and paid for her tags so she could get a JOB not drive it to timbuckto for a stupid boy!

I feel for you!! Went thru the same stuff with our oldest. Once the first grand came along and she and baby daddy got married, she settled down and is an awesome mom, unfortunately he didn't so now divorced. Its for the best here tho.
I sure hope yours gets it of her system soon...

Me too! I don't know what she is going to do now. I certainly can't and won't buy her another car. It's just so sad she is making such a hard life for herself already.

So we only got to go to a swimming spot called the George Hole and then got rained out...Only got a couple of pics and of course they're a bit blurry, but here ya go! Toughie - but I guess it's part of the growing up process. Bottom line is that she came to no harm - well, until you get your hands on her
